Position Overview
Job Title: Security Officer – Grade A, B, and C
Location: Dunoon, Tableview, Plattekloof, Montague Gardens

Fidelity Services Group is seeking professional, reliable, and experienced Security Officers to join its team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of designated premises, assets, and personnel.
Previous experience working in Distribution Centers (DC) will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform access control duties, ensuring that only authorised individuals enter the premises
- Conduct routine patrols to monitor and safeguard designated areas
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Identify, investigate, and report suspicious activities or incidents
- Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation
- Assist in emergency response situations when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Valid PSIRA Certificate – Grade A, B, or C
- Previous experience in access control and patrolling
- Experience in Distribution Centers (DC) preferred
- Sound knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain alert and professional under pressure
- Must reside in or around Dunoon, Tableview, Plattekloof, or Montague Gardens

Working Environment
