The learnership programme runs for a period of 12 months. It includes a mentorship and coaching component that covers all aspects of the baking process, allowing learners to gain hands-on experience while building professional skills that are essential for a successful career in the industry.

SETA Accreditation Programme

This is a SETA-accredited learnership. Successful candidates will receive a formal qualification endorsed by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). Through the Supreme Siyabhaka Academy, the programme focuses on three key objectives:

Minimum Requirements for RCL Foods Learnership for 2026

• Grade 12 qualification with Hospitality Studies and Mathematics (Literacy) is essential.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) is advantageous.
• Demonstrates drive to achieve performance and targets.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt.
