MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role
- Experience managing teams of 8 or more staff members
- Front-end administration or store operations experience

- Experience using retail systems such as ERP, CRM, or ordering systems
- Knowledge of systems such as SAP, KRONOS, or similar platforms
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends if required
