Minimum Requirements

- Grade 10 or Grade 12 qualification
- Valid South African ID

Security Officers
- Valid PSIRA Grade C, B or A certificate
Supervisors
- PSIRA Grade B or A
- Previous security supervision experience will be an advantage
Armed Reaction Officers
- PSIRA Grade C/B/A
- Valid firearm competency certificate
- Experience in armed response will be an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
Security Officers
- Guarding buildings and property
- Monitoring access control points
- Conducting patrols and reporting incidents
Supervisors
- Managing security teams on site
- Ensuring guards follow company procedures
- Reporting incidents to management
Armed Reaction Officers
- Responding to alarm activations
- Providing armed protection where required
- Conducting rapid response patrols
