Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that TWK Agri’s offices and facilities are kept clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times. Cleaners play a very important role in maintaining a safe and professional environment for employees, customers, and visitors.
Selected candidates will be responsible for cleaning duties and performing other general tasks as assigned by their supervisors or managers. The role requires dedication, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
Minimum Requirements and Experience
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Matric Certificate
Applicants must have successfully completed Grade 12. This ensures that candidates have basic literacy and numeracy skills required for the role.
Clear Criminal Record

Ability to Relocate Immediately
Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to KwaZulu-Natal if they are not currently residing in the province. Immediate availability will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Cleaner will be responsible for various daily tasks to maintain cleanliness and order within TWK Agri facilities. These duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Cleaning Offices
You will be responsible for cleaning office spaces, including floors, desks, windows, and other surfaces. Maintaining a neat and organized workspace contributes to employee productivity and professionalism.
Ensuring Ablutions Are Clean
Restrooms and ablution facilities must be cleaned regularly throughout the day. This includes restocking supplies such as toilet paper and soap where necessary to maintain hygiene standards.
Picking Up Trash
Cleaners must ensure that any litter or trash left by customers or employees is picked up promptly to maintain a clean environment.
Emptying Bins
Waste bins must be emptied before the end of each working day to prevent unpleasant odors and maintain cleanliness.
Adhering to Health and Safety Procedures
Employees must follow TWK Agri’s health and safety guidelines at all times. This includes the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and wearing protective equipment when required.
Performing Housekeeping Duties
General housekeeping tasks may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring that common areas remain tidy throughout the day.
Assisting Customers
Cleaners may occasionally assist customers with basic product queries or direct them to the appropriate department for further assistance. A friendly and helpful attitude is important.
Performing Additional Duties
