Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Eskom YES Internship Programme for 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between the ages of 18 and 34
- Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or equivalent, and/or a post-matric qualification
- Must not have been permanently employed by a single employer for more than one year
- Must not be studying full-time during the year of employment
- Must not have previously participated in the YES initiative
Applicants who do not meet all the above requirements may not be considered for the programme.
