▢ About the Programme
Duration: 24 months with segmented fixed-term contracts
Rotational 6-month cycles to gain cross-functional exposure within the business
Progression determined by robust evaluations at each stage of the programme
Based on the 70-20-10 learning model: 70% challenging projects, 20% mentorship and relationships, 10% coursework and training
Empowers graduates to innovate, take risks, and develop solutions in a dynamic business environment
Upon successful completion, candidates may apply for permanent roles within SAB

▢ Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in one of the following fields:
Finance
Psychology or HR-related degrees
Marketing
Technology / IT
Engineering
Supply Chain Management / Logistics
No more than 2 years total full-time formal work experience (internships, vacation work, and short-term contracts excluded)
Completed Bachelor’s degree from a recognized tertiary institution by programme start date
Legal work authorization (South African citizenship)
Geographical mobility within South Africa
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel especially) and quick adaptation to new systems
