▢ Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete the NQF Level 3 Business Administration Learnership Programme
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
• Assist during peak business periods and staff leave cycles
• Participate in structured theoretical training and workplace learning
• Maintain accurate records and support daily office operations

• Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Good verbal and written communication abilities

▢ Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)
• South African citizen
• Employment Equity candidate
• Between 18 and 35 years of age
• Unemployed at the time of appointment
• Must not be enrolled in any full-time formal studies
• Must not have previously completed the same learnership or qualification
• Two South African languages passed at 40%
• Valid doctor’s letter confirming disability (with practice number)
• No criminal record or negative credit record

▢ Learnership Duration and Stipend

The learnership runs for a period of 12 months. A monthly stipend will be provided in line with SETA requirements to support learners during the programme.
