Monthly Salary
Salary ranges differ according to project and position.
Estimated Monthly Earnings: R7,000 – R14,000 per month
Final remuneration will depend on role, experience, and project location.
Job Descriptions
Road Maintenance and Construction Work
Assist with road repairs, paving, site preparation, and general construction duties. Workers will support skilled teams to ensure infrastructure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Call Center Agents
Handle inbound and outbound calls, assist clients with queries, capture information accurately, and provide professional customer support.
Truck Loaders
Load and offload goods, ensure proper handling of stock, and assist with warehouse and logistics operations.
Stock Taking Assistants
Count, record, and verify stock levels, assist during audits, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Security Guards (Hospitals and Clinics)
Provide access control, monitor premises, protect staff and patients, and ensure safety within healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform duties related to assigned project
Follow safety rules and operational procedures
Work effectively as part of a team
Report to supervisors as required
Maintain professionalism at all times
Requirements
Minimum Grade 9 or Grade 10 qualification depending on position
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Good physical condition for manual roles
Clear criminal record, especially for security positions
Good communication skills for call center roles
Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory
South African citizens or legally eligible to work in South Africa
Working Hours
Standard project hours apply
Day shifts are common, with some roles requiring shift work depending on project needs
