About the SAB Learnership Programme 2026

The SAB Learnership Programme 2026 – Sales and Customer Development offers hands-on workplace experience in a fast-paced, market-driven environment. The programme is designed to develop future sales and customer development professionals by combining practical exposure with structured learning.

Learners will gain valuable experience in customer engagement, sales execution, market analysis, and brand representation while working closely with experienced sales teams.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this learnership is to support the implementation of a market-driven and differentiated service strategy within the Tavern Class of Trade. The role focuses on building long-term brand equity, increasing sales volumes, growing market share, and strengthening SAB’s competitive advantage and corporate reputation.
