About the Position

BDM CX is looking for a results-driven B2B Call Centre Sales Consultant to join its team in Cape Town.

The ideal candidate should have 6–10 years of sales experience, with a strong background in outbound cold calling, lead generation, business development and closing sales.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced sales professional who is confident speaking to customers, can build strong business relationships and is motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling products and services to UK-based customers while managing the sales process from prospecting through to closing.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Conducting high-volume outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
Identifying and qualifying potential leads.
Scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Selling products and services to UK-based customers over the telephone.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handling customer enquiries, objections and complaints professionally.
Maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems.
Following up on leads to maximise conversion rates.
Working closely with internal teams to provide excellent customer service.
Keeping up to date with product knowledge, market trends and competitor activity.
Ensuring compliance with UK data protection requirements and company policies.
