Job Description
The Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service while promoting Sportscene’s wide range of fashion and lifestyle products. The successful candidate will assist customers, achieve sales targets, replenish stock, maintain store presentation and ensure every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for customer service and retail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous retail experience will be an added advantage.
