Job Description
The Cleaning Manager will be responsible for leading cleaning operations across one or more client sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service delivery. The successful candidate will supervise cleaning teams, manage operational resources, maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with company standards and service level agreements.
This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage people, resources and client expectations within a fast-paced operational environment.

Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric).
Relevant Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Retail Management, Operations Management or a related field.
Proven experience in cleaning operations and staff supervision.
Experience managing multiple cleaning sites will be advantageous.
Hospitality or healthcare industry experience will be advantageous.
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of cleaning operations and hygiene standards.

Manage cleaning teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
