Job Purpose
The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting goods safely to designated destinations while complying with company procedures, road traffic legislation, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Code 10 or Code 14 heavy vehicles safely.
- Transport goods to various customer locations.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
- Report any mechanical faults immediately.
- Ensure cargo is loaded and secured correctly.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately.
- Follow all road traffic regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness of company vehicles.
- Communicate with dispatch and transport coordinators.
- Deliver goods safely and on time.
- Represent the company professionally during deliveries.
