Job Description

PURPOSE OF POSITION: To be a valuable team player by promoting sales, minimizing stock losses, managing stock, assisting customers, operating the till, and maintaining a cost-effective culture to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through outstanding customer service and maintaining exemplary store standards.
• Ensure effective stock management, promotional implementation, and accurate pricing per our pricing image guidelines.
• Minimize stock loss through fostering a healthy store culture and adhering to security measures, as well as stock and cash handling protocols.
• Drive efficiencies to maintain a low-cost operation in line with the company’s low-cost culture.
• Handle cash at the cash register in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Contribute as a member of a dynamic team of Dynamos.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards across the store.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Grade 12.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English.
• Experience: Ideally 1-2 years in a retail environment is an advantage.
• Skills: Computer literate.
