Job Description

Purpose of Position

The purpose of this role is to be a team player who:

• Promotes sales
• Reduces stock losses
• Manages stock
• Serves customers
• Works on the till
• Maintains a low cost culture

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by focusing on exceptional customer service and maintaining world-class store standards.
• Ensure the maintenance of the store image, presentation of stock, stock management, promotion implementation, and correct pricing of products according to our price image guidelines.
• Minimise stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and adhering to security measures and cash handling procedures.
• Manage a low-cost business by driving efficiencies in the store.
• Handle cash at the cash register according to company policy and procedures.
• Contribute as part of a dynamic team of Dynamos.
• Maintain general health, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English
• Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
• Computer Skills: Computer literate
