Requirements

• Basic ABET qualification
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (machines)
• Ability to read and write
• Able to work in a team
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work under pressure
• Punctuality and good work ethics
• Must be prepared to rotate to different wards or sections within the institution

Duties

The incumbent will perform cleaning services that include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning of hospital and clinic departments, offices, corridors, elevators, boardrooms, kitchens, windows, and toilets/restrooms
• High dusting/disinfection of hospital environments
• Conducting scrub downs and other related cleaning tasks
• Keeping and maintaining cleaning materials and equipment
• Reporting broken cleaning machines and equipment
• Cleaning machines and equipment after use
• Requesting cleaning materials as needed
• Rotating within the scope of work
• Performing any other work-related duties as instructed by the supervisor
