Job Description
Job Objectives:
- Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely fashion.
- Maintain high accuracy in scanning merchandise and collecting payments, including managing clubcard rewards.
- Ensure safe handling of cash at all times.
- Proactively promote the Clicks’ clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
- Inform customers of promotions to positively influence sales and ensure they feel valued.
- Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador by being visible and offering professional service.
- Maintain merchandising and general housekeeping according to store and visual merchandise standards.
- Support the Group’s vision as a first-choice health and beauty retailer by embodying company values.
- Stay updated on products, ranges, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
Knowledge Required
- Basic math calculations
- Retail/FMCG background and understanding of merchandising and promotions principles

Minimum Requirements
Experience: Desirable experience in a customer-facing role within a retail/FMCG store operations environment.
Education:
- Essential: Grade 12
- Desirable: Maths 50% and English 50% at Grade 12 level
