About the Driver Position

The main purpose of this position is to provide a safe, prompt and efficient delivery service to customers. The successful applicant will be expected to ensure that goods are delivered in the correct quantities and without unnecessary damage, breakages or shortages.

The role also involves vehicle inspections, loading assistance, delivery documentation, customer service and general care of the company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

Deliver goods safely and efficiently to customers.
Ensure that the vehicle is properly and neatly packed.
Take precautions to prevent damage and breakages to goods.
Supervise and assist with the loading of goods.
Conduct daily vehicle inspection checks.
Identify and report vehicle defects.
Maintain and look after the company vehicle.

Minimum Requirements
