Job Description
TFG (The Foschini Group) is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for its YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme and Internship Opportunities available across several provinces. This programme provides young people with valuable workplace experience, practical skills, and an opportunity to build a successful career within one of South Africa’s leading retail groups.
The programme is designed for ambitious, motivated, and career-driven individuals who are eager to gain work experience in retail, administration, finance, human resources, facilities management, and various business support functions.
Successful applicants will receive structured workplace exposure while working alongside experienced professionals within TFG’s dynamic business environment.
Locations: Cape Town, Johannesburg and Various Provinces
Duration: Fixed-Term Programme
Salary: Monthly Stipend (Where Applicable)
Minimum Requirements
Must be a South African citizen.
Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
Must be unemployed at the time of application.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy will be advantageous.
Ability to work well within a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
