Job Description
Successful candidates will assist customers, promote sales, replenish stock, operate tills and maintain excellent store standards. Employees will work as part of the PEP team to deliver outstanding customer service while contributing to the company’s business goals and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 to Grade 12 (Matric preferred depending on the position).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Passion for retail and customer service.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Previous retail experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Honest, reliable and hardworking.

- Provide excellent customer service.
- Promote products and increase store sales.
- Operate the cash register accurately.
- Handle cash according to company procedures.
- Pack and replenish shelves.
