Minimum Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Engineering, Marketing Management or a related field.
Minimum of six years’ experience in Client Experience, Service Design, Client Insights or a related discipline.
Experience leading customer journey mapping initiatives.
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
